Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month (excluding July and August) where a notable speaker will give a presentation on either a product, equipment or service relative to fleet maintenance. Presentation topics also include aspects of planning, life skills, government regulation, or any topic of concern to the membership.

Meeting Format is as Follows:

Cocktails at 5:00pm

Refreshments with a smorgasbord style dinner at 6:00pm

Meeting and Presentation at 7:00pm

Meeting and presentation last about 1-1/2 hours

Meeting closes around 8:30pm
